We successfully completed a reinstatement project at Lot One Shoppers' Mall, handling various authority requirements as well as last-minute coordination challenges. The project involved a large retail unit of approximately 1,500 sqft, which required proper coordination across multiple trades and stakeholders. Throughout the process, we ensured that all works complied with the relevant safety standards and regulations. The gas supply was safely terminated by a licensed gas worker, while the electrical system was handled by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), ensuring full compliance with all necessary requirements. We also encountered a challenge where the water meter could not be dismantled on time by PUB due to a late termination by the client. To avoid delays in the handover process, our team took a proactive approach by deploying a licensed plumber to dismantle the water meter, coordinating its return to SP Group, and completing all required documentation and formal submissions. Thanks to our quick and solution-oriented approach, the entire handover process was completed smoothly without delays, allowing the client to meet their obligations on time.
