Project Description
We successfully completed a reinstatement project at Wheelock Place with a total area of 850 sqft. This project falls under high-spec reinstatement works with strict requirements imposed by the mall management. Throughout the execution, all works were carried out with a high level of precision and minimal tolerance for error. The scope of work included fibre optic dismantling using a specialized method, including careful handling of the air-blown fibre system to maintain infrastructure integrity and ensure compliance with technical standards. We also completed the reinstatement of the shopfront glass door within 6 days through well-integrated coordination across measurement, fabrication, and installation. For the flooring works, reinstatement was carried out with high accuracy, including restoring the drop-down level and completing screeding to match the exact depth and colour tone of the existing condition. From a logistics standpoint, skid tank usage was planned and scheduled 2–3 days in advance to ensure smooth progress without delays. For electrical works, all systems were reinstated in accordance with required standards, including trunking with proper colour coding, restoration of lighting to the original as-built condition, and updating the SLD (Single Line Drawing), which was endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW). Overall, the project was successfully delivered with high precision, full regulatory compliance, and strong coordination—demonstrating our capability to handle premium projects with stringent requirements.
