This project is a commercial reinstatement work located at VivoCity, covering an area of approximately 3,400 sqft. The client entrusted Zoro Interior to restore the unit back to its original condition in accordance with the landlord’s requirements as part of the lease handover process. In this project, we carried out a comprehensive and well-structured dismantling process while maintaining a strong focus on safety standards. The work began with site clearing and full area handover preparation, including the removal of all loose furniture, equipment, and non-permanent installations. Our team then proceeded with demolition works across various interior elements, including partitions, ceilings, and floor finishes, as well as the removal of additional structures such as decorative wood features and bar counters. This phase also involved the careful dismantling of mechanical systems and ducting to prevent any damage to the building’s main structure. The next stage involved floor hacking and the removal of lightweight concrete using heavy-duty tools such as jack hammers, ensuring that all non-original layers were completely removed. Debris and dismantled materials were then sorted and systematically organized to facilitate efficient disposal while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In addition, we carried out the removal of various built-in elements, including wall panels, timber installations, and decorative structures that previously served as focal points within the space. All works were executed with strict coordination regarding building access, working hours, and compliance with safety regulations. At the final stage, our team performed general cleaning and surface preparation to ensure the unit was returned in a clean, level, and handover-ready condition. The end result is a bare unit that fully meets reinstatement standards, allowing the client to avoid penalties and fulfill their contractual obligations seamlessly.
