Zoro Interior

Project Description

Location: Eastpoint mall Surface Area: 850sqft

We successfully completed a reinstatement project for our client, So Nice Pte Ltd, located at Eastpoint Mall. The project covered an area of approximately 850 sqft. The scope of work included demolition, mall area protection, cleaning, and reinstating the unit back to its original condition in accordance with the landlord’s requirements. All works were successfully completed within a tight timeline of just 6 working days. During the execution of the project, we implemented comprehensive protection measures using floor protection and plastic sheets to prevent any damage to the mall’s public areas. The work began with the demolition of the existing interior using professional equipment, followed by the systematic and safe removal of demolition debris in compliance with mall regulations. After the demolition works were completed, our team carried out detailed cleaning of the entire area. This also included ensuring that the common corridors remained clean, safe, and accessible throughout the working period. All demolition materials were carefully packed into designated disposal bags to facilitate proper waste management and maintain overall site cleanliness. Through this project, we demonstrated our strong commitment to quality workmanship, professional responsibility, and efficient project execution. Our team ensured a smooth handover process while meeting the landlord’s standards and requirements.

The Challenges

One of the challenges faced in this project was a damage complaint from a neighboring unit that arose 11 days after the handover process. Our team promptly conducted a site inspection and reviewed the photo documentation taken before and after the completion of our work.

The investigation results showed that the damage was not caused by our team’s work, but rather by another contractor who carried out works after our project had been completed. Our team then supported the client by providing the necessary documentation as evidence and maintaining active communication to protect the client’s interests.
