Project Description
This reinstatement project at Singapore Land Tower involved restoring a 3,058 sqft office unit back to its original base condition for lease handover. The scope included full demolition and hacking works, removal of existing partitions and tenant-installed fixtures, and careful restoration of walls, flooring, and structural finishes. Our team reinstated the false ceiling using materials from the building’s approved supplier and reinstalled doors with the required three keys per door. Technical systems including electrical provisions, ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), PA system, and fire sprinklers were also reinstated based on the original provision drawings. The project was completed four days ahead of schedule, delivering a clean and compliant office unit ready for inspection and handover.
