Zoro Interior

Project Description

Location: The Metropolis Surface Area: 2200 Sqft

This project is one of the reinstatement works successfully completed by Zoro Interior, covering an area of 2,200 sqft within The Metropolis office building. In this project, we restored the unit to its original condition in accordance with the landlord’s standards and requirements. At the initial stage, the existing condition included various additional elements such as partitions, exposed MEP installations, floor finishes, and other built structures that required a complete and controlled dismantling process. The work began with site clearing and area preparation, followed by the removal of partitions, ceilings, and mechanical and electrical installations, including ducting, sprinkler pipes, and exposed ceiling cables. We also carried out floor hacking in selected areas to restore the slab to its original building standard. For the façade and perimeter areas, the scope included dismantling glass panels, railings, and other enclosing elements, with a strong emphasis on safety, especially for areas adjacent to the building’s exterior. All processes were executed in a structured manner, supported by proper equipment such as scaffolding and strict supervision to ensure the safety of both the team and the surrounding environment. In the final stage, we conducted general cleaning and surface touch-ups, ensuring the unit was returned to a bare condition and ready for handover to the landlord. This project reflects Zoro Interior’s capability in handling medium-scale reinstatement works efficiently, safely, and in line with the agreed timeline.
