Project Description
We successfully completed a reinstatement project for a childcare centre in Jurong West, a project that held special meaning for our team. During our site visit, we felt saddened to learn that the childcare centre had ceased operations, especially considering the important role such facilities play in supporting children and families within the community. As a gesture of care and contribution to the community, Zoro Interior decided to carry out the project on a cost-based arrangement to help the client through a difficult transition period. Throughout the project, we conducted site inspections together with the relevant HDB officer to ensure all reinstatement works complied with the required standards and regulations. During the course of the works, several additional items outside the original briefing were required. However, as part of our goodwill support to the client, we chose not to impose any additional charges for those works. The reinstatement works were completed smoothly, and the handover process was carried out without any issues. As a token of appreciation, the client later presented us with a certificate and letter of appreciation, which we are truly grateful and honoured to receive. More than just a reinstatement project, this opportunity allowed us to support a business that plays an important role in the community with sincerity and professionalism. We deeply appreciate the trust placed in us and are proud to have contributed positively during a challenging time for the client.
