Project Description
We successfully completed a reinstatement project at CHIJMES with a total area of approximately 1,800 sqft. This project involved a high level of complexity as it was located within a heritage conservation building with very strict management requirements. All work methodologies, protection works, materials, and reinstatement specifications had to undergo detailed review and approval processes to ensure full compliance with conservation building standards. Through careful planning and strong coordination, we successfully completed the project and passed the pre-inspection within just 10 days. As part of the project, we also carried out comprehensive protection works, FCU servicing and testing, flushing works, and prepared all necessary reports and documentation for landlord submission. This project demonstrates that reinstatement is not simply about demolition or dismantling works. It requires strong technical understanding, compliance knowledge, proper coordination, and accurate documentation to ensure smooth project completion while helping the client successfully recover both the reinstatement deposit and rental deposit.
