Project Description
We successfully completed a reinstatement project for the OSB unit located at NEX Shopping Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the North-East region of Singapore. For this project, we coordinated closely with Mercatus Co-operative Limited as the building managing agent, ensuring that all reinstatement works were carried out in accordance with the mall’s procedures and regulations. The reinstatement was conducted comprehensively to return the unit to the landlord’s standard handover condition. The project began with full demolition of the existing unit, including removal of flooring, raised flooring systems, tiles, screed, and underlying floor structures. We also carried out dismantling of the existing plumbing and drainage systems. During this process, corroded floor traps and accumulated debris were discovered, requiring cleaning and proper sealing of the drainage system in compliance with building management standards to prevent potential leakage or technical issues. Following the demolition works, our team proceeded with wall and interior surface restoration, including patching, plastering, and skim coat finishing to ensure smooth and clean wall conditions ready for final inspection. The final stage involved site cleaning, disposal of remaining debris, and final touch-ups before handover. The OSB reinstatement project at NEX Shopping Mall demonstrates our capability in handling retail reinstatement works in major Singapore shopping malls, delivering professional results while meeting strict building management requirements.
