Zoro Interior

Project Description

Location: Confidential Plaza Singapura Surface Area: 650 sqft

We successfully completed a reinstatement project at Plaza Singapura for an OSB unit, focusing on preparing the space to meet building requirements before the next fit-out phase. Prior to carrying out the reinstatement works, our primary focus was on unit preparation, ensuring the space was ready for subsequent interior development. The unit was prepared in a clean and neutral condition, featuring plain walls and existing flooring that provided high flexibility for future interior design implementation. We conducted a comprehensive existing condition assessment, including verification of wall and floor surfaces as well as spatial alignment. This process ensured the unit was fully prepared for the installation of future design elements such as partitions, retail displays, and service counters. This proactive approach helped minimize the risk of construction revisions at later stages while maintaining overall project time efficiency. Our main scope of work included inspection and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, particularly utility lines such as gas piping and other supporting infrastructure. The utility areas containing gas lines were thoroughly inspected to ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance with the safety standards required in a commercial mall environment. Through this structured approach, we ensured that the retail unit established a strong technical foundation before entering the next phase of interior design and construction. Throughout the process, we maintained close coordination with the building management team from CapitaLand to ensure that the reinstatement works were carried out in full compliance with all applicable regulations and building requirements.
