This reinstatement project at an F&B unit located within Ng Teng Fong General Hospital involved restoring the space to its original base condition while adhering to strict hospital compliance and operational requirements. The scope focused on precision, safety, and minimal disruption within an active healthcare environment. All reinstatement works were carried out under enhanced control measures, including comprehensive risk assessment, dust containment, and infection control protocols. A full 4-sided hoarding enclosure was installed to isolate the work area, ensuring safety and preventing disturbance to surrounding hospital operations. Floor tiles were carefully matched to existing finishes, with prior submission and approval from hospital management before execution. With controlled working hours and coordinated site management, the project was completed within a tight timeline while meeting all regulatory and safety standards. Additional works included the proper reinstatement and handover of utility provisions, ensuring full compliance with authority requirements. The final outcome delivered a clean, compliant, and ready-for-handover space, meeting hospital inspection standards and operational expectations.
