Project Description

Location: Jurong West Blk 345 Surface Area: 650 Sqft

We successfully completed a reinstatement project at Jurong West Block 345, with a unit size of approximately 650 sqft. The work was carried out on an HDB shophouse unit in compliance with the required standards. During the project, the client requested an additional reinstatement for the adjacent unit. We accommodated this request as a goodwill gesture, while ensuring both units were aligned in terms of work scope and completion timeline. As a result, the project was completed successfully through proactive planning, manpower adjustments, and solid execution. This approach demonstrates our ability to adapt to dynamic project conditions while maintaining a strong focus on client needs.

The additional unit was handed over later than scheduled, creating time pressure and coordination challenges. To address this, we quickly mobilized additional manpower and adjusted the work sequence to maintain efficiency.

Through these measures, we ensured the project continued to run smoothly without impacting the overall timeline. Despite changes and delays caused by external factors, we remained committed and successfully completed and handed over both units on time.
