We successfully completed a reinstatement project for our client, Ji De Chi Dessert, located at Plaza Singapura. The scope of work included dismantling works, restoration of the unit to its original condition, and reinstallation of selected elements in accordance with the building management requirements. The project began with the dismantling of the existing interior, including removal of partitions, counters, built-in furniture, as well as electrical installations and existing signage. All demolition debris and leftover materials were then systematically collected and cleared to ensure the work area remained safe and tidy throughout the process. Our team also carried out dismantling of kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, and other decorative elements before proceeding to the reinstatement phase. During the project, we coordinated closely with CapitaLand as the building management of Plaza Singapura to ensure all works complied with mall regulations and requirements. Through this project, we achieved effective coordination between our site team, the client, and the building management. The final result delivered a clean, tidy unit that was restored to its required condition and ready for handover to the next tenant, fully complying with mall standards and regulations.
