Project Description
We successfully completed a reinstatement project at Liang Seah Place, a commercial building located along Liang Seah Street in the strategic Bugis district, Singapore. This area is well known as a vibrant F&B and retail hub with high business activity. In this project, we were entrusted to carry out full reinstatement works in accordance with the landlord’s and building management’s requirements. The building is managed by the Management Corporation Strata Title. The scope of work included demolition of existing finishes, removal of kitchen and M&E installations, dismantling of built-in structures, and reinstating the unit back to its original condition. We also carried out surface touch-ups and thorough cleaning to ensure the unit met handover standards. Throughout the project, we maintained close coordination with the building management, implemented Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, managed working hours, and ensured proper waste disposal in compliance with local regulations. With our extensive experience, the project was completed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with the landlord’s requirements.
