Client: Illumiaface Location: 501 Orchard Road, Singapore Surface Area: ± 1,588 Sqft

Illumiaface by Kim Lim Singapore is one of our beauty clinic renovation projects with a total area of approximately ±1,588 sqft. The design focuses on creating a modern, elegant, and calming environment that provides a comfortable experience for both patients and staff.

The reception area features soft curves, warm wood finishes, and ambient lighting to create a welcoming first impression. A neutral colour palette is used throughout the clinic to give the space a clean, bright, and relaxing atmosphere while reflecting the brand's premium image.

The layout is planned to ensure smooth movement between the reception, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and staff areas. Long corridors with timber wall finishes and soft lighting create a seamless flow while maintaining privacy for every treatment room. Built-in cabinetry and concealed storage help keep the clinic organised and clutter-free.

Overall, we transformed Illumiaface by Kim Lim Singapore into a functional and sophisticated beauty clinic that combines modern design with everyday practicality, creating a comfortable and professional environment for every visitor.

The Challenges

One of the main challenges was creating a premium-looking clinic while ensuring the space remained practical for daily operations. Every treatment room, consultation area, and support space had to be carefully planned to maximise efficiency without compromising comfort.

Another challenge was coordinating the custom carpentry, lighting, and M&E services to achieve a clean, seamless finish throughout the clinic. The result is a modern beauty clinic that balances aesthetics, functionality, and a high-quality patient experience.
