Zoro Interior

Project Description

Location: Clarke Quay Surface Area: 2300 Sqft

We successfully completed a retail reinstatement project in the Clarke Quay area, covering a total area of 2,300 sqft. Despite the tight timeline, we delivered the project within just 2 days without compromising the quality of workmanship. Early Planning for Critical Works The shopfront glass façade required reinstatement Measurements were taken 10 days in advance to ensure fabrication readiness This enabled a smooth installation process without delays despite the very limited execution timeframe Despite delays caused by the client’s mover and logistical issues, we proceeded with the work without imposing any additional charges. Our priority was to support the client in meeting the handover deadline and to ensure the project was completed smoothly. This experience also reinforces why Zoro Interior provides reliable moving and logistics coordination services, enabling clients to anticipate potential risks and avoid similar challenges in future projects. With strong collaboration with the site management, all works were carried out in compliance with regulations and executed efficiently despite various constraints. This challenging and time-sensitive reinstatement project was successfully completed through careful planning, solid execution, and a strong commitment to the client’s needs—demonstrating our ability to deliver optimal results even under difficult conditions.

The Challenges

Constraints Faced & Protection Works

We encountered several site constraints, including restricted working hours limited to daytime by the management, as well as the skid tank being located far from the unit, which required additional coordination. To mitigate potential risks and prevent damage to surrounding areas, we also implemented comprehensive wall protection throughout the project.
