Client: Bugis Junction Location: Singapore Surface Area: ± 449 Sqft (345 Sqft & 104 Sqft)

Bugis Junction is one of our retail reinstatement projects involving two retail units with a combined area of approximately 449 sqft. The project was carried out to restore both units to the landlord's required handover condition before the lease period ended. Our team carefully planned the reinstatement works to ensure both units were completed efficiently while meeting the shopping mall's reinstatement guidelines. Every stage of the project was carried out with close attention to quality, ensuring the spaces were clean, safe, and ready for inspection. As the project involved two separate retail units within the same shopping mall, coordination and scheduling played an important role in maintaining a smooth workflow. By carefully managing each stage of the reinstatement process, we were able to deliver both units in accordance with the required standards. Overall, we successfully completed the Bugis Junction retail reinstatement project, providing the client with a smooth and hassle-free lease-end handover while ensuring compliance with the landlord's requirements.

The Challenges

One of the main challenges of this project was coordinating the reinstatement of two separate retail units within an active shopping mall. The work had to be carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to surrounding tenants while complying with the mall’s operational requirements.

Another challenge was ensuring both units met the landlord’s reinstatement standards despite their different layouts and sizes. Through careful planning, efficient coordination, and attention to detail, we successfully restored both spaces and completed the project to the required handover standard.
