Project Description
This large-scale reinstatement project for BHS Kinetic involved the full restoration of a 46,500 sqft warehouse to its original base-build condition, in strict accordance with landlord and handover requirements. The scope focused on efficiency, compliance, and precision to ensure a smooth end-of-lease transition. All non-original installations were carefully dismantled, including warehouse fittings, partitions, services, and surface finishes. Flooring, walls, ceilings, and M&E provisions were reinstated methodically to meet agreed specifications. Clear zoning, disciplined site management, and coordinated sequencing allowed the project to progress safely and on schedule. With a strong emphasis on workmanship, safety standards, and regulatory compliance, the reinstatement was completed cleanly and systematically—delivering a ready-for-handover space that meets inspection standards and operational expectations.
